These terms apply when you use solasculp.com or buy from us. The store is operated by Solasculp, 20 W 34th St, New York, NY 10001, United States, support@solasculp.com (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if that happens we refund you in full. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Subscriptions

If you choose Renewal Cream refills, you authorise us to charge the refill price shown at checkout every 30 days, starting 30 days after your order, until you cancel. You can skip or cancel any time before the next charge at solasculp.com/manage or by emailing support@solasculp.com.

Using the products

Solasculp products are for cosmetic use on the appearance of skin. They are not medical devices for diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease. Read the instructions and safety information before use. Results vary between people and are not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
